Regarding the great theme of sustainability, MeWe Abitare Collaborativo pays particular attention to the actual size of the change it can effect in the territorial contexts it operates.
MeWe Abitare Collaborativo’s action deliberately aims at achieving significant social impact that is:
- Intentional, namely able to bring about changes that were desired ex-ante rather than the unexpected ex-post outcome typical of entrepreneurial activity;
- Intentional, namely able to bring about changes that were desired ex-ante rather than the unexpected ex-post outcome typical of entrepreneurial activity;
- Additional, namely able to act in those areas that are not considered by ordinary market participants due to economic considerations.
